Mrs. Gillespie was married to the late Julian Edgeworth Gillespie, Jr. also a Washingtonian, and is the mother of five married children, four of whom reside in the Washington metropolitan area. She is well aware of the needs and desires of varied age groups, and is anxious to lend her knowledge and expertise to those who are new to the area.
 
A resident of Chevy Chase Village, Joan Gillespie has been licensed to sell real estate in Washington, Maryland, and Virginia for over fifteen years. She works actively in all three jurisdictions, and is registered as a Certified Buyers Representative.
