German, who was born in Lima, Peru has lived in the Washington DC area for almost 50 years and is a recent retiree from the Inter-American Development Bank, where he worked for 30 years. Before retiring he was in charge of international treasury operations, providing valuable experience in dealing with many worldwide financial institutions. He holds a Bachelor's degree from The George Washington University and a Master's degree in International Business from The American University.

With his wife of 30 years, he bought, sold, and remodeled many properties in the area, and is passionate about the beautiful and diverse architectural styles that this beautiful city offers. He currently resides in the Springfield area of Bethesda, MD.

Because of his international experience and familiarity with the area and its neighborhoods, he is well acquainted with the housing requirements for both the national and international community, and brings experience, enthusiasm and expertise in dealing with the diverse needs of his clients. He will work diligently with patience and understanding to obtain the best possible deal for his clients. He is a very responsible, honest, and hard working individual who considers honesty and integrity to be crucial in dealing with people. He is also a detail oriented person, a key requirement when buying, selling or renting a property.
