John is a graduate of The American University where he studied Economics and Government. While attending American he began working in marketing for Cathie Gill, Inc. and soonafter that became a licensed agent. John specializes in sales, rentals, and property management in addition to coordinating the marketing efforts of the company.

John is originally from Upstate New York where many of his family members, beginning with his grandfather, worked in real estate. To each transaction, John brings enthusiasm, honest advice, and sound analysis of market conditions. Most of John's business is the result of either repeat business or referrals from friends and previous clients.

Experienced as both a listing agent and buyer's agent enables John to negotiate a fair deal for his clients. As a real estate investor himself, John can advise on what types of improvements increase market value for either a sale or a rental as well as provide contacts for the completion of any sort of home improvement work.
